Community Resources for Educators and Beyond

Great mentor can mean the difference between success and failure as you start your career.   Mentorship is where I am able to help you locate resources and be a guide in your growth process.  As a coach and mentor it is not my job to tell you what to do, rather we use my experience and knowledge to help you build your own path.  

We cannot control everything, be mindful of where you place your energy.

1:1 Coaching allows me to support you as an individual in your space; it really allows us to focus on your strengths and areas of growth at your pace.  The coaching model allows us to work together to identify where you would like to grow and how to get there.  

Professional Development is a great option for small teams learning to build trust and work together.  This is also a great option for teams who have been working together and are looking to strengthen their work centered on equity and inclusion.  Through coaching, we will work together to identify where the teams strengths and needs are based on all members of the team.  From there we will develop an inclusive coaching plan to support the growth the team is seeking.  As your coach, I am a facilitator within your space guiding conversations and locating resources to share.
