Minimal support level - Consultation refers to meetings and/or communications where expertise from C.A.R.E.S. & Beyond is shared with the contracting agency. Consultation fees vary depending on the needs requested Consultation. Fees range between $50.00/hour - $200.00/hour. Fees include: meetings and shared materials. Full details of consultation expectations will be outlined and agreed upon in the contract (this is not a comprehensive list).

Intensive support level - Coaching and 1:1 Support sessions refer to an intensive individual support in the application of teaching practices and skill development in a variety of areas. Coaching and 1:1 Support session fees vary depending on the needs and request. Coaching and 1:1 Support session fees range between $300.00/hour - $400.00/hour. Fees include: use of pre approved training, material and tool kits related to training available to participants in attendance of training, follow up s

(2) Engagement in harmful actions or language not reflective of C.A.R.E.S. & Beyond, LLC mission and vision statement. Participants will critically examine the book, The Power of Showing Up by Dr. Tina Payne Bryson and Dr. Daniel Siege, to analyze the different attachment styles and implications for a child’s need for secure attachments. Attendance is collected as a way to verify participants in attendance and participation throughout the session.
YES! To ensure credit is given to the proper person, your name, phone number, address and email need to be collected for each session. This information should link to your professional training account (ORO)
Late arrivals are permitted within the first 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, you may receive half credit. If you are more than 45 minutes late you will have to drop the class and join at a later time. If you are going to be late, please communicate this to the trainer.
That is a conversation we will have when working out the details of the contract. There are some things I do which are part of my scope of work within OSU, which OSU would pay my rates and there are times the work is not. When this is the case, the contracting provider will be responsible for compensating me for services rendered.
